At SAfricavoyages, we understand that sometimes changes are necessary. Here's an overview of our refund policy :

Cancellation Fees

60+ days before departure -100% refund

30-59 days before departure - 50% refund

Less than 30 days before departure - no refund

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving a cancellation request.

Refunds will be made in the original payment method.

Certain components, such as internal flights or specific activities, may be non-refundable.

Clients will be notified of non-refundable components at the time of booking.

Changes to bookings may incur amendment fees, depending on the nature of the change.

In the event of unforseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or global health crises ,we may offer alternative arrangements or refunds.
